LEONARD, George Wesley - It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of George on March 22, 2023.
Cherished husband and best friend of Nancy (Aitken); beloved father of Stephen (Sonia) and Matthew (Heather); very proud and supportive Grandpa of Diviya and Simrin; and Papa of Jack, Alec, Reece and Brooke.
He will be fondly remembered by all of his nieces and nephews.
George was admired by many as a gentleman, a good listener and a loyal friend.
He enjoyed family time, the kids' sports, his many travels with Nancy and of course, a good scotch or red wine.
A private Celebration of Life will take place in June. Donations may be made to Sunnybrook Foundation.
