On Wednesday, March 15, 2023, at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre - Toronto, at the age of 96, passed peacefully.
Predeceased by her husband, Elias. Brothers, Louis, Peter; and sisters, Panayiota, and Evanthea. Cherished mother of Gus (Suzanne) and Eleni Cruise (Joseph).
Much-loved grandmother of Elleni, Elia, Michael, Victoria (Nicolas), Christopher and Elizabeth.
Great-grandmother of Leia and Maja. Mother-in-law of Easter. Sister of Diamando Sotirakos.
Vassiliki will be lovingly remembered by her family, friends and extended family in Canada, USA, and Greece.
Friends may call at the Turner & Porter Yorke Chapel, 2357 Bloor St. W., at Windermere, east of the Jane Subway, on Wednesday, April 5th, 7-9 p.m. (Trisagion Prayers 8 p.m.). Funeral Service will be held at Annunciation of the Virgin Mary Greek Orthodox Cathedral, 136 Sorauren Ave., on Thursday, April 6, 2023, at 11 a.m.
