POTICHNY, Anna - June 4, 1932 - April 1, 2023
From daughter, Roma; and son, Bohdan: It has been a long goodbye, and now we have said a final farewell to our beloved mother, Anna Potichny.
In the small hours of April 1, 2023, she was embraced by the angels' wings and embarked on her last journey to be with God, soon to be reunited with her parents, husband and baby brother in heaven.
As all mothers, she loved us unconditionally, especially her grandchildren, Roman, Natalia and Larissa. That love extended to her great-grandchildren, Mykola and Ewa.
We would like to thank our extended family and friends for all their love and support; the entire staff at West Park, who often went above and beyond what was expected of them in taking care of our mother; and we are especially grateful to her very first caregivers, Veote, Benjamina and Dolma.
Although we are heartbroken that our dear mother is no longer with us, "the pain of parting is nothing compared to the joy of meeting again - and we will meet again."
