Panetta FrankPANETTA, Frank D.   -

September 2, 1923 - May 3, 2023

It is with deep regret that we announce the passing of Frank Panetta, beloved husband, father, and grandfather on May 3, 2023, in his 100th year.

He leaves Harolyn, his loving wife of 65 years, as well as son Gregory (Darlene), granddaughter, Larissa and grandson, Joshua (Christine).

He will be fondly remembered by his many relatives and friends.

Frank served in the Second World War in the naval service, then graduated as an electrical engineer from McGill University in 1950.

It has been a full life in sports, education, travel and mixed vocations of engineering, teaching and business.

The family will receive friends at the Humphrey Funeral Home A.W. Miles – Newbigging Chapel, 1403 Bayview Avenue (south of Davisville) from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on May 9 to share memories. The funeral service will be in the chapel on Wednesday, May 10 at 2 p.m.
