DEARBORN, Douglas "Doug" Gilbert -
May 22, 1945 -
Our beloved dad, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend, passed away peacefully, at the age of 77.
Born and raised in Toronto, Doug attended UTS, University of Toronto, then worked hard to become a proud business owner.
He will be remembered for his larger-than-life personality, intelligence and sense of humour.
Son to the late Henry and Vivian Dearborn, Doug is survived by his children: Mark (Karina) and Derek (Kerry); grandchildren: Emily, Elizabeth, Tyler and Jillian; siblings: Gordon (Mavis) and Dianne (Grant); and by his niece, nephews, and lifelong friends whom he truly considered family.
Memorial gathering on Wednesday, May 17, 2023, between 12:00-2:00 p.m. at Mount Pleasant Funeral Centre.
