DUFFY, Violet Agnes (nee PALMER) - Our devoted mother, Vi, died in Toronto on May 9, 2023, in her 92nd year after suffering the indignity of a lengthy struggle with Alzheimer's.
Born in Cabbagetown to Nan (Davidson) and Bob Palmer from Northern Ireland.
Loving mother of Nancy Duffy (Alex Sutton) and Robert Duffy (Olga Ramirez).
Lovingly remembered by sister-in-law, Lorna (Duffy) Raney (late Maurice), and nephew, Greg Evans (Julie Young).
Also mourned by cousins in Ontario, Delaware and Co. Down. Predeceased by ex-husband, Carroll Duffy, dearest cousin, Alice (Sparrow) LeBlanc and dear friend, Norma Chorney.
Thank you to the wonderful staff at both Carleton Lodge, Manotick and Village of Humber Heights, Toronto for their dedication and affectionate care.
