Sellors AlisonSELLORS, Alison  -   After a courageous fight, our hearts are broken to announce the passing of Heather Alison Sellors (Ali), who left this world much too soon on May 21, 2023, peacefully, and with loved ones by her side.

Left to cherish her memory, is her loving husband, Steve Quan and their beautiful, brave and adored daughter, Celeste.

Ali will be forever remembered with love by them as well as by her parents, Eric and Garian Sellors; sisters, Whitney (Jeff), and Meaghan (Kevin); and nieces and nephew, Lucy, Ainsley, Dylan and Wes; as well as the entire Quan family.

Born on February 1, 1977, in Toronto, Ali grew up across Canada, making friends and memories in Beaconsfield, Acton, the Miramichi, Sherwood Park Alberta, and the Toronto area.

She attended Holy Trinity in Richmond Hill and did her undergraduate degree at the University of Guelph, concluding with her Masters in Social Work from the University of Toronto.

Ali was a clinical social worker with the Toronto District School Board working with children and families and more recently as a therapist supporting fellow mothers.

She was a real water baby. She was also a licensed scuba diver and in her teens loved riding and competing on her hunter, Sally.

Wherever Ali lived she collected dear friends and colleagues who have remained in her life over the last 46 years. A private family service will be held followed by a Celebration of Life announced at a later date.

Special thanks to the doctors, nurses and staff of the MSICU at Toronto General Hospital as well as the team at Princess Margaret for care over many years.

Donations may be made in Ali's name to the Canadian Cancer Society, the University Health Network or the Toronto Humane Society.
