DIES, Dorothy Ilene (nee DUDLEY) - November 3, 1932 - October 28, 2017
It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of Dorothy at North York General Hospital, on Saturday, October 28, 2017 just shy of 85.
Predeceased by her loving husband Jack and sister Liz.
Loving Mother of Donna (Sandy), Karen (Ken), Bruce (Chantale) and Sue (John).
Cherished Grandmother of Jaz and Claire. Sister-in-law of Ken and adored Aunt of Lori (Pat and family) and Brian (Judy). Born in East York, Dorothy was a graduate of East York Collegiate where she developed many lifelong friendships. She went on to graduate from the University of Toronto, where she met the love of her life Jack.
Dorothy went on to a successful teaching career.
Dorothy's other passion was spending summers at the cottage with family and friends. Dorothy lived a long and fulfilled life and will be sadly missed by those who loved her.
Family and friends may call at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home at 6150 Yonge Street, North York, on Tuesday, October 31st, visitation from 10-11 a.m., service at 11 a.m., followed immediately with the Interment.
