HITCHCOCK, Robert Samuel Bob  - passed away peacefully with his devoted family by his side at Trillium Mississauga Hospital on Friday, October 27, 2017 after a long, full life.

Beloved husband of Helen (nee Ivens).

Loving father of Leanne (Paul) Johnston and Sandy (Jonathan) Smith.

He will be greatly missed by his adored grandchildren Cameron, Lucas, Hannah and Graeme, who were the light of his life. He is also survived by his son Robert (Valerie), daughters Patricia and Marjorie (John), grandchildren Joyce, Jamie, Michael, Dianne, Stephen, Cullen, Trisha and Cameron, as well as 9 great-grandchildren. Remembered by his niece Beth Hitchcock, sisters-in-law Marion (Bill) Birdsall and Joan (Roy) Carscadden and their families.

Bob was predeceased by his daughter Ellen and brother Stewart (Pat).

Friends may call at the Turner & Porter Yorke Chapel, 2357 Bloor St. W., on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Memorial Service will be held at Bloordale United Church, 4258 Bloor Street West, on Saturday, November 4, 2017 at 11 a.m.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Bloordale United Church or a charity of your choice would be appreciated, in memory of Bob.
