HURST, Jeffery Grant - May 13, 1979 - November 2, 2017
After a lengthy and courageous battle, Jeff passed away peacefully with his family by his side at Juravinski Hospital and Cancer Centre, Hamilton on Thursday, November 2nd, 2017 at 38 years of age.
Beloved husband of Lee Ann (nee Pyke).
Loving and devoted father of Nathan and Logan.
Dear son of Ron and Chris Hurst.
Cherished brother of Darryl (Cheryl) and Kim. Devoted uncle of Aby, Brandon, Tyler, Mathew, Ben, Reed, Cailie, and Connor.
Jeff will also be sadly missed by his mother and father-in-law Margo (Wayne), Don (Kelly), his sister-in-law Jennifer (Jeremy), brothers-in-law Greg, Kevin and Derek, his extended family and many friends.
A special Thank You to the Doctors and support staff at Juravinski Hospital and Cancer Centre for their compassion and phenomenal care during Jeff's illness.
Visitation will be held at OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME , 847 King Street West, Oshawa (905-721-1234) on Tuesday, November 7th from 6:00 – 9:00 p.m.
Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Wednesday, November 8th at 11:00 a.m.
