FODCHUK, Slauka - It is with heavy hearts and great sadness that we announce the passing of Slauka on November 4, 2017 after a lengthy battle with heart disease.
Devoted wife to Roman Fodchuk for 48 years.
Loving mother to Christine (Markian) and George.
Beloved grandmother to Sofia and Maya. Slauka will be remembered by her sister Vera (Walter), brother Steve (Judy) and her nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be on Tuesday, November 7th at the Cardinal Funeral Home, 92 Annette St., from 6 to 9 p.m., with Panakhyda at 8 p.m. The Funeral Liturgy will begin at 10 a.m. on November 8th at Dormition of the Mother of God Ukrainian Catholic Church – St. Mary's (3625 Cawthra Road – just south of Burnhamthorpe). Burial will follow.
