Loving wife of Gordon Pannozzo.
Cherished mother of John Patrick and stepmother to Melissa.
Treasured daughter of Joseph Abraham and the late Carole Abraham (nee Coon).
Survived by brother Dr. Gary Abraham (Kim), sister Mary-Jo and predeceased by brother Jason. Patricia's memory will be held in the hearts of many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Family and friends may gather at the Andrews Community Funeral Centre - 8190 Dixie Road, Brampton, on Monday, November 20th, 2017 from 4pm-5pm.
A Celebration of Life service will be held in the Chapel of the funeral home following the visitation at 5:00pm. As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to the Humane Society of Canada.
