JACKSON, Raldine  - June 9, 1938 – November 20, 2017

After a lengthy battle with Pulmonary Fibrosis, Raldine Jackson passed away peacefully at her home in Mississauga, surrounded by family.

Raldine was born in Toronto, Ontario, grew up in Mimico and was the only child to George and Margaret Vincent. She was deeply compassionate, generous in kindness and loving in nature. Her passions, joys and longings all revolved around family and friends.

A joyful spirit, she loved to laugh and was warmly welcoming to everyone she met. Raldine is survived by her husband Eddie, daughter Jori, son Jeff, son-in-law David, daughter-in-law Joanne, grandchildren Alicia (Darrin), Brandon (Mary), Jenai and great-grandchildren Ayla, Samuel and Julianna.

A faithful friend, companion, mother and grandmother she will be fondly remembered, deeply missed and never forgotten.

Family and friends are invited to join us for a Memorial Celebration at Capstone Community Bible Church, 1483 Royal York Road, Toronto, on Thursday, November 30, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. Note: Parking on site is limited and reserved for family and disabled. Please park on the street behind the church or across at Royal York Plaza.

Special Thanks to each of the nurses, doctors and specialists of the Trillium Health Team, Pro Resp, Partners in Care and the Dorothy Ley Hospice for your tender love and compassion throughout this final leg of the journey.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in support of the Dorothy Ley Hospice. http://www.dlhospice.org/memorial-giving.

Funeral arrangements entrusted to Turner & Porter Peel Chapel, Mississauga.
