TOMSETT, Joyce Dora - 1932 - 2017 Joyce passed with peace and grace in her sleep on November 25, 2017.
She will be sadly missed.
Joyce had a love of art and pursued this passion by attending the Ontario College of Art and Design, some 60 years ago.
Upon graduation she used her art to express herself and to record her travels. Her work was enjoyed primarily by her family, as Joyce found it too difficult to part with her creations.
Joyce is survived by her son George (Geordie) Watson and by her daughter Katherine (Kathy) Henderson (her husband Paul) and her loving granddaughter, Laura.
She is also survived by her sister Patricia (Pat) Guthrie. A private memorial for the family celebrating Joyce's life will be held at a later date.
The family wishes to express its thanks to all the staff at Southlake for their hard work and so much kindness and asks, that in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made to Southlake Regional Health Centre Foundation.
