DANIEL, Charles William  - Passed peacefully on December 5th at his home on St. Clair Avenue West in Toronto.

He is survived by his four children Karen, Colleen and Robert, all living in British Columbia and David living in Ontario.

He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren living all across Canada and his companion Arlette Bolliger also living in Ontario.

His wife Ruth Elizabeth of 61 years passed December 2008 after a lengthy battle with Alzheimer's.

Bill was born and raised in Toronto where he attended Lawrence Park Collegiate and the University of Toronto.

The family bonds created will last forever. Bill was very respectful and generally concerned about people in all walks of life; anyone he met in both his personal and business life was treated with genuine integrity and sincerity. He was a rear breed of gentleman who never failed to have a kind or thoughtful word.

Friends may visit the Trull Funeral Home & Cremation Centre, 2704 Yonge St., on Thursday December 14th from 4 until 8 pm.  A funeral will be held on Friday December 15th at the Timothy Eaton Memorial Church (230 St. Clair Ave. W.) at 10 am. In memoriam donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Society of Ontario on behalf of Bill.
