ORR, Edward William - Born August 10, 1937, in Brampton, ON, passed away peacefully with family on December 3, 2017 in Nanaimo, BC.
Ed will forever be in the hearts and thoughts of his wife of 59 years, Claire, 5 children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Ed was a proud member of both the Rotary and the Knights of Columbus in Courtenay.
Ed retired in 1991 as the last Post Master in Courtenay, BC.
As the Post Master, Ed used to ensure all letters to Santa were answered and close to Christmas he would hand deliver to each child in the Comox Valley, BC.
