POLSON, Mary Constance (Connie) - December 31, 1930 - December 9, 2017
Connie passed peacefully, with family by her side, after a long and courageous struggle.
She is survived by Gordon Polson, her husband of 64 years, and their children: Carolyn Bowes (Greg), Alasdair Polson (Luranah), Valerie Romanzin (Gerald) and Irene Lough (Michael), as well as 14 grandchildren.
The family would like to thank the staff of Southlake Village for their care and support.
A Funeral Service will be held at St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church, 143 Main Street N., Markham, Ontario, on December 18th, at 12:00 p.m., with luncheon to follow.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Arthritis Society would be welcome.
