CHALLIS, Derek W.J. - Passed away peacefully on December 5, 2017 at Mackenzie Health Hospital, Richmond Hill, at the age of 83 surrounded by his loving family.
He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Beryl, children Debbie, Janine, Steven (Nora) and Andrew (Meity), six grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.
He will be forever loved and missed.
