Hall JohnHALL, John Brian  - April 24, 1940 – December 17, 2017

One day while watching a biography on TV he said "When they make a movie about my life, who will play me?

Paul Newman is dead and Brad Pitt is too ugly!".

The search is on. He lived his awesome and fabulous life with the glass 120% full.

Completely and totally invested in the well-being and happiness of his family, friends, clients and colleagues.

Brian had more lifelong relationships than you could count. He was a powerful force that influenced and changed the lives of those who listened. Father, grandfather, husband, brother and one in a million. Best tipper ever. Worst singer ever.

Brian died peacefully with his children Stephen (Ellie), Krystyna (Brent), Nicole (Paul), Dan (Alison) and his wife Debora at his side.

Predeceased by his parents Basil and Rita. Much loved brother of the late Basil (Giselle), Tom (Marilyn), Peter (Linda) and Cathie Yarlett (Michael). Cherished grandfather of Sadie, Camille, Sam, Tysen, Keigan, Alexander, Madeline, Jack, Charlotte, Ryder, Logan and Harlowe.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Brian's memory could be made to the Collingwood General & Marine Hospital, Royal Victoria Hospital, Barrie or Princess Margaret Hospital Prostate Program Fund.

Our sincere thanks to the ICU staff at Collingwood General & Marine Hospital and Royal Victoria Hospital in Barrie. Special thanks to Dr. Mark Quigg, the most amazing family doctor.

Visitation will be held at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home, 6150 Yonge St., on Thursday, December 21st from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m.  A Funeral Mass will be held at Blessed Trinity Church, 3220 Bayview Ave. (just north of Finch), on Friday, December 22, 2017 at 11 a.m. followed by interment. A reception will be held at Biagio Ristorante, 155 King St. E. (at Jarvis).
