CARTER, Victor Murray - Passed away after a long battle with Alzheimer's at Southlake Regional Health Centre in Newmarket on December 28, 2017.
Husband of Sarah.
Father of Ernie (deceased) and Bernie.
He will be laid to rest in North York. The family would like to thank the staff at 3E at Southlake Village.
