McDOUGALL, Joan Mary (nee MERCER) - Passed peacefully on December 24, 2017 at the age of 93.
Joan left us with grace, dignity and with her loving family by her side.
She was the loved wife of the late J. Allan McDougall. Loving mother of Janice (Rick), Patricia (Paul), Catherine and Robert (Rhonda).
Proud grandmother of Willow, Leif, Jesse, Gabrielle, Stephen and Jason and her 8 great-grandchildren.
Joan was born in Oshawa, Ontario and graduated from Oshawa Collegiate.
She accomplished much as past National Secretary for the IODE.
She reached out to many with her hospitality and kindness. She will be forever missed and never forgotten.
