CLARKE-FORSYTHE, Cheryl Elizabeth - Passed away suddenly but peacefully at her home in Tiny, ON on Friday, January 5, 2018.
Predeceased by her beloved husband Henry 'Basil' Forsythe (2006); Cheryl is survived and will be forever remembered by her loving partner Bill Stewart and his daughter Chantelle (Adam) Store.
Born in Toronto, December 3, 1952 to parents the late Harvey and Elizabeth 'Betty' Clarke, she will be deeply missed by her brother Kevin and his wife Ad Clarke and their daughters Mackenzie and Kierin and her many friends.
As per her wishes, cremation has taken place.
A celebration of life will be held in the spring.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Diabetes Canada would be appreciated.
