Naaman AnneNAAMAN, Anne Margaret (nee FANNING)  -  90, passed away peacefully and gracefully surrounded by her loving family and caregivers, on January 19, 2018 in her Toronto home.

Peggy was born in Heliopolis, Cairo, Egypt on November 16, 1927 and moved to Toronto with her husband in 1956.

She will always be remembered by all those who knew her as a kind, caring and giving person. She always put the needs of others before herself.

And as everyone could attest "her smile" would light up a room.

She was such a wonderful hostess and welcomed everyone into her home. Peggy is survived by her two daughters, Nicole Young (Philip) and Anita Tyler (David) and her two grandchildren, Matthew and Cassandra Tyler whom she adored and will forever be in her heart. She was preceded in death by her husband, Felix Naaman and brothers Dr. John Kevin Fanning and Raphael Ambrose Fanning.

TIME:
"Time is like a circle
And so, when we are young.
It stretches like elastic
That is endlessly unsprung

But then, as we are older,
The limits soon appear

And seem to grow more vivid
With every passing year

As age comes down upon us
Time flies on winged feet

And only death is waiting
When time and timeless meet"

The family wishes to extend their gratitude to Peggy's wonderful caregivers especially Jean and Patricia and palliative care physician, Dr. Jennifer Arvanitis (Temmy Latner Centre for Palliative Care)
