HUNTER, Kenneth A.  - June 5, 1935 to February 15, 2018

Hunter KennethIt is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Ken Hunter, who died peacefully in his sleep at Bowmanville Hospital.

Ken was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, uncle, Shriner and friend. His love for his family was only surpassed by his love for helping those in need.

Ken took great pride in making people happy whether it be fixing their cars, selling just the right tool or marching in a parade on behalf of those who couldn't.

Our family would like to thank the doctors, nurses and staff at Bowmanville Hospital for the tremendous care and compassion they provided to our father. Ken will be sincerely missed by his wife of 62 years Judy; his children Keith (Joanne), Rick (Kelley) and Janice (Marven); grandchildren Kevin (Natalie), Blake (Danielle), Lori (Danny), Ben (Cassie) Jeff (Natasha) and Shannon (Danny); great-grandchilden Charity, Kayden, Jaylyn Aaliyah, Emma and Alex.

Visitation will be held on Friday, February 23rd at 10 a.m. Service to follow. Giffen Mack Funeral Home located at 4115 Lawrence Ave. East in Scarborough.

Donations to Shriners Hospital for Children.
