TSUKAMOTO, Takeshi (Tak)  - Passed away peacefully at the Scarborough General Hospital on December 17, 2017 at the age of 82.

Predeceased by his darling wife Chae OK Kim, his siblings Misue (Kinso) of Japan, Masami Bill (Yaeko), Harumi (Bob Kondo), Isami (Sumiko) of Japan, Sakae Soc (Yuki) and Emiko Amy (Bob Tsuruda).

Loving Godfather of Jennifer and Lindsay. Will be fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews: Wendy, Irene, Karen, Kathy, Sharon, Todd, Steven, Keith, Brent, Martin and Tracey and their families.

Special thanks to Teddy, Belinda and his family physician, Dr. Gerald Kirsh. Tak was a 38 year employee of the City of Toronto, Public Works.

Family and friends are invited to Highland Funeral Home, 3280 Sheppard Ave. East, Saturday, April 7, 2018, 11 a.m. visitation.

Celebration of Life at noon with a Reception to follow. Committal service at Mount Pleasant Cemetery at 3 p.m.
