EMMS, Alice Laura Annie - October 29, 1939 - June 10, 2018
It is with great sadness that the family announces the death of Miss.
Alice Emms at the Humber River Hospital at the age of 78.
Alice was born in Kirkland Lake and resided there until her move in 2012 to the Harold and Grace Baker Centre in Toronto.
Alice leaves behind her sister Darlene McMichael (Frank) of Toronto and her sister-in-law Peggy (Menzies) Emms of North Bay. Her nieces and nephews, Greg, Kimb (Ken), Karrie, Joanne (Martin), Colin (Nina) and Tyler (Ashley) and their children as well as many cousins and friends.
Thank you to the staff and residents of "The Baker Center" for their care and support over the past 6 years and for making Alice an integral part of the Baker Center Family.
Alice's family will receive friends at the Perrin Funeral Chapel, New Liskeard on Thursday, June 14, 2018 from 7 until 9 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Friday, June 15, 2018 at 11 a.m. from the Salvation Army Church in New Liskeard.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Alice's memory to the Salvation Army Northern Division, the Alzheimer Society of Ontario or the Harold and Grace Center in Toronto.
