JAY, Kathleen "Kathy" - 1952 - 2018 It is with heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Kathy, following a long illness.
Beloved wife of the late Earl and cherished daughter of the late Martin and Dorothy.
Kathy grew up with many siblings in Toronto's Regent Park neighbourhood.
She was dedicated, determined, and hard working, establishing her own business.
Kathy was loyal, kind and generous to those who she considered friends, encouraging them to pursue their dreams and face their challenges.
An animal lover, she shared her life with her dog Lennon and her cat Tye. Kathy will be missed and fondly remembered by those who knew her. In life, as in her death, Kathy played the hand she was dealt.
A Memorial Visitation will take place at the Giffen-Mack Funeral Home, 2570 Danforth Ave., Toronto, on Saturday, June 23, 2018, from 2-4 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memoriam may be made to The Farley Foundation.
