KAMPHUYS, Paul Joseph  - April 2, 1938 - June 21, 2018

Paul Kamphuys of Stouffville, Ontario died peacefully with his daughter Paula at his side.

Paul is leaving behind his loving wife of 58 years Joan (nee Madden).

Father to Paula (Ian) Johnston, Doug and Janice Patton. Proud grandfather to Lauren, Emily, Owen and Bobby.

Paul was born in Haarlem, The Netherlands, to Martinus and Pauline Kamphuys. Dear baby brother to deceased Siemen (Mieke), John, Joop (Olga), Theresia (Jim), Toos (Coke), Bella (Rob), Jose (Fred), (Pete) and Wim. Survived by Hetty, (Ine), Marianne (Frans). Brother-in-law to Harold (Sandra).

Uncle to many nieces and nephews in Canada and in Holland. As well as many cousins and friends. Paul founded Ellesmere Fabricators in 1986. It became a successful business, which is now proudly owned and operated by his son Doug. Paul was a Man with a Plan and he always got it done. His motto was 'many hands make light work'.

The family would like to sincerely thank Paul's caregivers, Rosana, Jennifer, Judith, Irene, Charyl, Natasha, Kristy, Miraluna and Helen.

In lieu of flowers, please donate to the Heart & Stroke Foundation York Region or Markham Stouffville Hospital Cardiac Care, as Paul was always a very strong supporter and generous donor to both.

Paul's family will receive friends at Lynett Funeral Home, 3299 Dundas St. W., on Monday, June 25th from 7-9 p.m. A short visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 26, 2018 from 9-10 a.m. with a Funeral to follow in the Chapel at 10 a.m. Burial to follow.
