Young MargYOUNG, Margaret Ann - Died after a long and brave fight to cancer on Friday, June 29, 2018 in her 86th year at Southlake Regional Health Centre, Newmarket.

She was a loving, caring Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother whose life was devoted to her family whom she cherished.

Predeceased by her loving husband Frank George Young.

Proud Mother to Kathie, Karen and her husband Robert MacDonald.

Cherished Grandmother to Melanie, Brent, Kearsten and her husband John Hills, Corrie and Caitlin MacDonald.

Predeceased by her parents J.G. (Jack) and Norma Fitzgerald, sisters Geraldine, Mary Loach, brothers Terrance (Terry) and Gerry.

Brother–in- laws Ron Loach, Garry Eckersviller, sister- in–laws Gert Fitzgerald and Jean Fitzgerald.

Dear Sister to Betty Eckensviller of Guelph, Bill (Lucy) of Cobalt, John (Gail) of Corbeil, Ted (Dennis) of Red Deer, Alberta, Rosemary Plantinga (Peter) of Ajax, Averil Corby (Gerry) of Sudbury.

Marg will be lovingly remembered by her many sister- in-laws and brother–in–laws, nieces and nephews.

We would also like to say a great thank–you and appreciation to the nurses and staff of the cancer unit at Southlake Hospital for all their support during this difficult time for our family.

Visitation will be held at Taylor Funeral Home, Newmarket on July 3rd from 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM. The service will be held in the chapel on July 4th at 11:00 AM.

Memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society and the Heart and Stroke Foundation in lieu of flowers would be appreciated by the family.
