Haber JordanHABER, Jordan Matthew Haber

September 5, 1986 – August 31, 2023

It is with unimaginable sadness that we announce the tragic and unexpected passing of our loving and wonderful son, Jordan Haber at the age of 36 who died tragically in a motorcycle accident.

Jordan leaves behind his devastated parents, Mother Gloria Isenburg (Carl), his Father Nemur Haber (Ana).

He leaves behind his loving girlfriend Emma Michael of Etobicoke.

He is predeceased by his brother Ryan, and his Grandparents, Willard and Adeline Rogers; Jim and Lilla Haber.

Jordan had a close and loving relationship with his cousin Michael Mcknight (Leah) of Orono who will forever miss him.

Jordan’s devastated Aunts, Uncles and Cousins will miss him dearly. He leaves behind his loving step-brothers, Shawn (Rachel) Pinarreta of Mississauga, Ryan (Lindsey) Pinarreta of Fairhaven Massachusetts and Johnathan (Rhiannon) Pinarreta of Hamilton.

His long time childhood friend Jason Binder of Sudbury has lost his best friend. His dear friend and constant companion Anthony Macri of Vaughn is heartbroken.

Jordan had so many close and loving friends. He cherished his friends and made them all feel noticed and special.  He loved his family with passion.

He enjoyed family celebrations and was always there to help. Jordan was larger than life. He was loud, funny and had a presence. He was a brilliant young man, and loved to share his opinion. He blazed his own path.

There was also a compassionate side to him. Through his own loss and life experiences, he was able to empathize with people of all ages.

He loved to travel and was fortunate to travel to many destinations over the course of the years. He loved his motorcycle and he enjoyed riding on the open country roads.

He worked full time as he enrolled in the Elevator Technician program where he received his elevator mechanic licence.

He loved his career.

As a young man, he loved playing lacrosse for Whitby Minor Lacrosse Association, the Brooklin Merchants and the Clarington Green Gales. He also played on the Brock University Lacrosse team.

There are no words to describe our loss. We are all heartbroken.  Thankfully, we have our family and friends to lean on. The love and support that each of them is offering us fills our hearts.

We would like to thank the first responders who tried so valiantly to save Jordan. Every effort and measure was taken.

Jordan’s family would like to extend our heartfelt appreciation to all those on site who helped him.
