HILDRIETH, Shirley Hildrieth  -  Beloved resident of Ajax, Ontario, passed away peacefully on February 26, 2024, at the ripe age of 77.

She was born on March 12, 1946, and lived a life full of laughter, love and a lot of quirks.

She was a beloved wife to Charles Hildrieth (predeceased) and a mother to two children, Yvette Mendonca (spouse Danny Mendonca) and Duane Hildrieth (predeceased).

Shirley also had the joy of being a grandmother to two cherished grandchildren Marques & Cayla. Shirley was known for her quick wit, infectious giggle, and her uncanny ability to under cooked absolutely anything she tried to cook. Shirley's kind heart and generous spirit touched the lives of everyone she met.

She had a way of making people feel valued and loved, and her presence brought warmth and joy to those around her. Shirley's passing leaves a void in the hearts of her family and friends, but her memory will live on in the love and memories she shared with those closest to her.

In her battle with cancer, Shirley showed remarkable strength and courage.

She faced her illness with dignity and grace, inspiring those around her with her resilience.

Shirley Hildrieth will be deeply missed, but her legacy of love and compassion will continue to shine brightly in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know her.

Arrangements with McEachnie Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Toronto Humane Society.
