BLAKE, Richard Paul Fredrick - (May 11, 1975 – December 12, 2018) -
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of my beloved husband Richie. He passed away peacefully on December 12th, 2018.
He is survived by his beloved wife Wendy and son Gage Blake, Great Uncle to Marissa and Thomas Jr. Predeceased by his parents Howard Blake and his Mother.
He will be missed Dearly by his close friends and co-workers.
Visitation at Giffen-Mack funeral home, 2570 Danforth Ave., Toronto on December 19th from 1:00 p.m. until time of funeral service there at 3:00 p.m.
