PARKER, Eileen Francis - (11 June, 1946 – 7 April, 2019)
After a brief battle with cancer, 72 year old Eileen Francis Parker passed away peacefully, surrounded by family, on April 7, 2019 at Hill House Hospice.
Eileen will be greatly missed by her three daughters Julie Lex, Linda Parker (Roger Frappier) and Claire Parker, as well as her 7 grandchildren Emily, Thomas and Ian Lex, Nathalie and Dominique Frappier and Drew and Jake Rempel.
She also leaves behind two surviving siblings, Patricia Rivers-Latham and Douglas McGrath.
Eileen's friends will agree that she was an extremely strong, determined, resourceful woman. She was kind, compassionate, empathetic as well as a “tad feisty." Eileen leaves behind a large network of friends from her years of working, volunteering and being an active member of her community.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, April 12th at Jerrett Life Celebration Centre in Thornhill. Family will gather at 1pm. Friends are welcome to come to reminisce and say their goodbyes from 2pm to 4pm.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Hill House Hospice in Richmond Hill.
