CINI, Marie Josephine (Pace Asciak) - Passed peacefully and surrounded by her loving family at Dorothy Ley Hospice on Friday April 12, 2019 in her 88th year.
Predeceased by her first husband Louis Galea (1958) and her second husband Joseph Cini (2013).
She was the loving mother of Victoria Galea (James Bromley), Lucienne Weeks (Peter), Christopher Galea.
Proud grandmother of Adam Bromley, Jenna Galea, Danielle Galea Bell (Andrew) and Tara Galea.
Great grandmother of Cameron and Chloe Bell.
She is survived by her brother Peter Pace and sister Gemma Govan.
“Auntie Sossi” will also be lovingly remembered by her many nieces and nephews.
Marie was fortunate to also have the love and support from her in-laws, the Cini family. She will be lovingly missed by her many relatives in Malta, specifically her cousin Marcel Pace Asciak and his wife Margaret.
Visitation will be held at Brampton Funeral Home and Cemetery, Brampton on Monday, April 22nd, 2019 from 2:00 to 6:00 pm. Service will be at Holy Cross Parish, 14400 Argyll Road, Georgetownon Tuesday, April 23rd, 2019 at 11:00 am. Reception will follow starting at 1:00 pm at The Terra Cotta Inn, 175 King St. Terra Cotta.
The family ask that donations be made to Dorothy Ley Hospice in lieu of flowers.
