NAHM, Steve Yong-Uk - With humble acceptance of God’s will, we announce the very peaceful passing of Mr. Steve Yong-Uk Nahm, on November 21, 2020 in the company of his children at home.
He has joined his beloved wife, Ki-Su Katarina Nahm, who preceded him to the Divine Embrace on January 21, 2020.
Loving father of Father Charles Chang-Soo, Sophie Sang-Myong, Marian Inmyong, Maria Mihae, and Marie and loving father-in-law of Blair Locke.
Fondly remembered by his extended family and friends both near and abroad.
Visitation will be held from 6-7 p.m. on Thursday, November 26th at the Funeral Home. The vigil will be held on the same day from 8-9 p.m. The funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Paschal Baylon church at 92 Steeles Ave W, Thornhill, on Friday, November 27th at 10:30 a.m.
Interment will be held at the Holy Cross Cemetery at 8361 Yonge St. Thornhill.
In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate donations to be sent to LINCCO International Skills Development (https://lincco.org/en/about/).
*Due to the Covid-related restrictions, the family will send personal invitations to the above three events. For those who cannot attend, please continue to pray for the eternal repose of Steve Yong-Uk Nahm
