Drysdale RonaldDRYSDALE, Ronald Graham - (10 August, 194820 January, 2021)

Ronald Graham Drysdale, aged 72, beloved husband of Rosemarie (nee Schein) for 45 years, best dad ever to Christina Drysdale and James (Vickie Morgado) Drysdale, and amazing grandpa to Alex and Victoria Morgado-Drysdale, passed away peacefully at home after a courageous and well-fought battle with cancer.

He is the beloved son of the late Donald Drysdale (1999) and June Drysdale (2019), and much-loved brother of Rena (David) Edwards, Don (Lynda) Drysdale, Harry Drysdale and Cathy (Richard) Jackson.

Ron was an electrical engineer by trade, who loved to travel and pursue his love of woodworking. He was the handiest of handymen, endlessly pursuing home renovations and amassing a truly astonishing collection of tools. A prodigious electronics hobbyist who loved to tinker, he also enjoyed biking and staying active, holding a black belt in karate and remained, for some reason, an avid Toronto Argonauts fan.

A big believer in “keeping your mind active," Ron was an extraordinary crossword puzzle and Sudoku solver, revelled in efficiency and precision, enjoyed good food, good wine and dark beer, and was one of the select few who appreciated rum-raisin ice cream.

His advice, intelligence, wit and generosity will be sorely missed.

A private memorial visitation will be held on Saturday January 30th. Arrangements entrusted with Andrews funeral home, Brampton.
