RUSAK, Michael Martin - Michael Martin Rusak, beloved husband/dad/dziadzi, died peacefully on Sunday morning, March 7, 2021, in Nanaimo, BC, in his 87th year.
He had been suffering from Lewy Body dementia for several years.
He is survived, and lovingly remembered, by his wife Stella (neé Czaja); his children Anysia (Mark), Monica (Clay), and Gregory (Brenda); his grandchildren Adam, Hannah, Isaiah, Melissa and Nathaniel; his brothers Stanley and Stephen and their families; as well as many other relatives and friends.
He was predeceased by his parents Vincent and Helen, and his younger brother Henry.
His body was cremated as per his wishes.
Mass of Christian Burial at St. Joseph the Worker in Victoria, BC, Friday, March 19, 2021. (Immediate family only due to Covid.) Final resting place TBD.
Michael requested no flowers. If desired, donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society.
