CHAN, Maria Kit Ping - 74, passed away in her sleep from her short battle with cancer on Monday, March 15, 2021.
As a university graduate in Hong Kong, she had a career as a social worker and later as a real estate professional before retirement.
She was married to husband Sammy Chan for 48 years, and they’ve called Canada their home for more than three decades.
She was a loving wife, a dedicated mom, and a wonderful grandmother.
Her life was well lived with multiple careers, a loving family, great travel experience, and wonderful friendships.
She will be dearly missed as we all remember her charisma, her culinary talent and her kindness.
