CHUNG, Jennifer Elizabeth - Passed away peacefully at Princess Margaret Hospital on Wednesday April 14, 2021.
Jennifer was born to Joseph and Myrtle Chai on December 8, 1953 in Kingston, Jamaica.
She moved to Canada in 1970 where she met her husband; they married on August 2, 1975 and had 46 wonderful years together.
She is survived by her husband Sydney, her children Tamara (Derek), Jeffrey (Wing Sum) and Brian (Lorelei) and five grand children (Vanessa, Lincoln, Oliver, Iro, and Cara).
Jennifer loved to bake and always enjoyed sharing her ever-popular desserts. She enjoyed hiking with her friends and found quiet time reading, and loved to travel and see the local scenery.
Always thinking of others, Jennifer did her best to take care of everyone around her. She is remembered as patient and kind, and raised her family as her first priority.
Jennifer passed feeling fulfilled and grateful for her family and her children, and she wanted everyone to know that she was at peace with her life.
The visitation will be held at St. Justin Martyr Catholic Church, 3898 Highway #7 East, Unionville on Wednesday, April 21st, 2021 at 10:00am - 11:00am. All guests must be Pre Registered.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, Princess Margaret, or a charity of your choice.
