ELIK, Michael - December 7, 1934 - April 30, 2021
After a truly remarkable life, Mike has passed away peacefully. He leaves behind his broken-hearted daughters Meghan (George) and Kristy (Sean), his loving partner Nancy Hall and her family, his treasured grandchildren Alex, Taylor, Adam and Kasey, his former wife Patty, his beloved brother Willy and many nieces and nephews.
Dad spent 40 years with Canadian Tire and built two successful stores in Mississauga. His staff, friends and colleagues will remember him as generous, kind and thoughtful.
But most important of all, Dad adored his family, and his daughters were the apple of his eye.
Family weddings, funerals, and holiday celebrations (which always included cabbage rolls) will never be the same.
We would like to acknowledge all of the comfort and support his caregivers provided, especially over the last few years. Due to current restrictions, no service will be held at this time.
As Dad would have wanted, a party will be held in his honour at a later date.
His stories will live on forever....
