JAMES, Norman Grafton - It is with heavy hearts that we share the sad news of the passing of our beloved father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, uncle and friend, Norman surrounded by his family on Monday, May 31, 2021.

Norman Grafton James was born in Dickson Village, St. Vincent and the Grenadines on March 1, 1942.

Our dearest father will be fondly remembered by his children Kelvin (Vittoria), Carolyn, Petra (Nepal), Peter and Caron (Alex).

He will also be forever remembered by his brothers and sisters (Fred, Lenore, Reynold, Dodridge, Icilma, Vibert and siblings abroad), grandchildren, great-grandchildren, cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family and close friends.

As a young man, Norman was an avid cricket player and had the trophies to show for the skill he brought to the sport. Even into his adulthood, his love for cricket continued whether he was a member of team or watching a match. Along with cricket, Norman was also an unofficial competitive dominoes player and in true fashion he had secured a few trophies. Norman always showed great strength, wisdom, devotion and commitment in all aspects of his life. These values are ones Norman instilled in his family; we have overflowing admiration for the eternal love he shared with all of us.

We would like to send our appreciation to the nurses and doctors who were compassionate and devoted to our Dad's well-being. We cannot thank them enough for all the care, attentiveness and support they gave him and for their kindness to us during this time; their sincerity was truly appreciated.

Husband, Dad, Grandpa, Norm, Slick, King James, you will be deeply missed and you will live forever in our hearts.
