Beloved husband of the late Mary-Elvin Doughan (Nee Blanchard, 2015).
Loving father of Blaise Doughan (Karen) of Nepean, Tracey (Attilio Pugliese) of Keswick and Veronica Doughan.
Cherished grandpa of Alex, Julia, Colton, Arianna and Sabrina.
Dear brother of Doris Steffan (late Bob), Lee Jalonen (late Rudy), Helen (Ted Hewitt) and the late Joan (late Andre).Victor will be greatly missed by his many relatives and friends.
