May JohnMAY, John (Jack) Wesley   -  1928 - 2021 In his 92nd year, with the full moon lighting the way, and surrounded by the love and care of those closest to him, Jack made his way peacefully from home into the next world on September 17, 2021.

Jack was predeceased by his parents, Lawrence and Gwen (Mason) May, his beloved wife, Jean Chester May (2011), sister, Leona Ferguson (2016) and brother and business partner, Bob May (2021).

He is survived by his children, Larry (Val) May, Wendy (Bob) Robson and Susan (Dave) Grant. His grandchildren left to mourn are: Lesley (Karl) Thurston-Brown, Wes (Valerie) May, David (Louise) Robson, Tom May, Jenny (Brad) Swant, Steven (Chenai) Robson, Jackie (Mike) Russo and Garrett (Kate) May, along with great-grandchildren, John, Julia, Jessica, Jason, Edwin and Wesley May, Graydon, Eoin, Jaxon and Xavier Robson, Matthew and Hayley Swant and Maya and Raine Russo.

We wish to extend enormous thanks to his longtime and dedicated caregiver, Evelyn Petros.

Jack lived all of his years on the Norval farm that has been in the family since 1834, keeping a close eye on all coming and goings.

His life was dedicated to his two loves, his family and his business, Maple Lodge Farms, est. 1955.

We remember his unwavering devotion to our mother, Jean's care and happiness.

Cremation has taken place with a private family funeral in the near future.

As they wished, Jack and Jean will be buried together to continue their last "Sentimental Journey".

In lieu of flowers, please raise a glass and toast a life well lived.

For those who wish, donations may be made in his honour to Norval United Church, or a favourite local charity.
