She will also be missed by nephews Gordon, Norman (Desiree), and Jim (Sonya) and niece Judy, and other family.

Margaret was predeceased by her beloved husband William (Bill) Chadwick, her parents Jean and James Torrie, and her brother Fraser Torrie (Beverly).

Margaret lived a good life on her own terms, and was devoted to her family, friends and community. She was born in 1925 in Toronto, Ontario.

Following her graduation from St. Clement's School, she worked at the Toronto Dominion Bank until she married Bill in 1949.

For over forty years, Margaret was active in the Georgina Foundation, serving as Allocation Chairperson.

She was a longtime member of St. John's York Mills Anglican Church where she was active in many groups since 1960.
