MOORE, Brian Darryl - December 13, 1942 - August 31, 2021
Brian Darryl Moore bought a black Beetle as his first car, which he drove all the way to Mexico, then a Mini, which he drove across Europe for 5 months without taking a picture.
Next was a Fiat, which he hated, then a Datsun 510, which he used to rescue his future wife, Marianne Wiegers, from a snow storm.
Next was a Spitfire that Brian drove home from the hospital with their kids, first Nina, then Jared.
Soon he drove the family around in a Civic wagon, then a beige Tercel.
From there it was a long line of press cars as editor at Wheels, which he used to take his loved ones, such as cousins Holly, Gail and Peter and sister Lorna, on road trips and adventures.
Finally Brian bought a grey Matrix XRS, whose chief function was to drive his treasured granddaughter Simone to gymnastics. We miss you.
