LUTE DOVER, Yvonne  - Yvonne died peacefully at Humber River Regional Hospital on November 18, 2021, after a three year battle with cancer.

She is survived by her devoted husband, Paul and her loving son, Ilian.

Born in Cobourg, Ontario, the third child (second daughter) of Reverend Donald Lute and Evelyn Lute (now deceased), Yvonne moved frequently as a child, as her father, a United Church Minister, relocated to various churches in Ontario (Eganville, Chalk River, Bradford, and lastly, East York in Toronto).

As a young girl growing up, her favourite memories were from Chalk River and Bradford.

Her career choice was nursing, and she became a Registered Nurse, working over 20 years at St. Michael's Hospital. Yvonne was a very selfless, caring person, as illustrated in her tireless work at the hospital, with family and friends, and through numerous volunteer organizations. She will be sorely missed by all.

The family will receive friends at the Humphrey Funeral Home A.W. Miles – Newbigging Chapel, 1403 Bayview Avenue, from 11:00 a.m. on Sunday, December 5th, until the service in the chapel at 12:00 p.m. Proof of full double vaccination plus the wearing of masks is mandatory.
