Pidzamecky Carella ChristinaPIDZAMECKY CARELLA, Christina  -  Passed away unexpectedly in the early hours of Wednesday, January 3, 2024, at the age of 71.

 

Cherished wife of Rocco, the love of her life, with whom she was able to spend more than fifty (50!) beautiful, laugh-filled years.

 

Adoring mother of Nicholas (Michelle), and Andrea (Mallory).

 

Doting grandmother of Carter and Violet.

 

Dear sister of Taras (Ulana), Bob (Angie), Lee (Nancy), and Kathy (the late Walter).

 

Dear sister-in-law of Stella (Joe) and Mike (Sandra). Christina will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by her family and friends.

 

Resting at Newediuk Funeral Home, 2058 Kipling Avenue, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Sunday, January 7th with Panakhyda at 6 p.m. Funeral at St. Demetrius Church, 135 La Rose Avenue on Monday, January 8th at 10 a.m.

 

As expressions of sympathy, donations to the UHN Foundation and/or the Canada-Ukraine Foundation would be greatly appreciated by the family.

 

She also asks, as a favour to her, that any prospective voters for Pierre Poilievre consider staying home on election day.
