CAMPBELL, Alexander David -
November 12, 1930 - April 1, 2024
Peacefully, in his sleep, Alex left us on April 1, 2024, in his 93rd year.
Cherished husband to Mary (nee Peters); and loving father to Don (Jeri), David (Lori), and James.
Adored grandfather of Courtney (Dominic), Scott and Kristen (Branden); and beloved great-grandpa to Olivia and Emerson. Alex is survived by his sister, Peggy Hayward.
He will be greatly missed by his surviving nieces, nephews and their families and by the many friends and kind neighbors from over his lifetime.
Alex proudly spent his entire career with the TD Bank until his retirement.
Alex and Mary then enjoyed the retired life of summers at their lake cottage with family, their winters in Florida with friends, travelling, cruises and celebrating many anniversaries, birthdays, graduations and weddings along the way.
Alex will be remembered as a kind and humble gentleman from all who knew him.
A Visitation and Service will be held on Wednesday, April 10, 2024, at Ward Funeral Home, Toronto, from 12-2 p.m.
