Zinner AnneZINNER, Anne (nee LEVAY)  - It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Anne Zinner on March 23, 2018, a few months shy of her 90th birthday.

Born in Krásna Hôrka, Czechoslovakia on October 1, 1928, daughter of Jen and Anna Levay.

Beloved wife of the late Joseph Zinner and predeceased by her son Frank.

Loving sister of Margaret Schneider.

Most cherished mother of Joe (Maureen) and Sue (Vince Ierullo). She will be lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Laura (Jeff Lueloff), Sharon (Trevor Morrison), Anna (Paul Gerla), Victoria, Sarah and her great-grandchildren Owen, Taylor, Alexa and Charlotte.

Anne remained in her own home until last October when she moved to The Beechwood Residence. She immediately embraced her new lifestyle and participated in as many activities as time would permit and enjoyed life to the fullest.

We thank our good fortune and blessings for having her for so long in our lives, for always showing us what really matters and leaving us with wonderful memories that we will always cherish. She will remain in our hearts forever.

The family will receive friends on Friday, April 6, 2018 at R.S Kane Funeral Home, 6150 Yonge Street, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. followed by a Funeral Mass at St. Elizabeth of Hungary Church, 432 Sheppard Ave. E., North York, ON at 1:00 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to the Heart & Stroke Foundation, Canadian Cancer Society or a charity of your choice.
