HUSTON, Hazel Rose (Starkey) - It is with heavy hearts, we announce the sudden passing of Hazel Rose Huston (nee Starkey).
Hazel passed peacefully in her sleep on February 12, 2020 at the Revera Cedarcroft Place Retirement Residence in her 91st year.
Predeceased by her husband Samuel William “Bill" Huston. Beloved mother to Robert William “Bob” Huston and Ben Andrew (Linda, deceased) Huston and Carol Rosa.
Loving grandmother to Heather (Brent) Head, Leanne (Kevin) Teixeira, and Patricia( Justin) Tutton. Loving great-grandmother to Charlotte, Emily and Madeline.
Hazel will be deeply missed by all of her extended family and friends.
Visitation will be held at Newcastle Funeral Home, on Saturday, February 29th from 12:00 - 1:00pm. A memorial service will follow the visitation at 1:00pm. Following the memorial service, friends and family are welcome to a reception located on the upper level of the funeral home.
If so desired, in lieu of flowers, a donation may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
